01 Digital Goods
A Spirit Engine license key is a digital product, delivered instantly on purchase and usable as soon as it's activated.
02 No Refunds
All license purchases are final. Because a key is delivered instantly and can be activated immediately, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete — for any reason, including an unused or unactivated key.
03 Account Actions Aren't Refundable
If your game account is warned, suspended, banned, or otherwise actioned by SpiritVale's operator, that is not grounds for a refund. Automation carries that risk, you accept it when you use the Software, and it sits outside our control entirely — see Section 4 of the Terms of Use.
04 Our Mistakes
The one exception: if something went wrong on our end — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a purchase that never delivered a working key — reach out and we'll make it right.
05 How to Reach Us
All support and billing questions go through our [Discord server — invite coming soon]. We don't run a support inbox — Discord is the one place to reach us.
06 Chargebacks
Please reach out on Discord before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — we'd rather resolve it directly. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in the associated license being revoked.
