01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Spirit Engine ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
02 What Spirit Engine Is
Spirit Engine is an unofficial, third-party companion application for the game SpiritVale. It is not made, published, endorsed, or supported by SpiritVale's developers or publisher. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.
03 License Grant
Subject to these Terms and an active, valid license key, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the Software on one device and run up to the number of simultaneous game clients included in your purchased Solo, Duo, Trio, Quad, Hexa, or Farm plan (see Section 5). This is a license to use the Software, not a sale — we retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in it.
04 Account & Game Risk
Automating gameplay — combat, item selling, channel switching, or anything else the Software does — may violate SpiritVale's own terms of service, and could result in warnings, suspension, or permanent loss of your game account, entirely at that game's operator's discretion.
We do not control, influence, or have visibility into SpiritVale's enforcement decisions, and we do not claim the Software is undetectable or risk-free. Every action the Software takes is opt-in and recorded in its activity log — use it with that risk fully understood, and at your own discretion.
You use the Software entirely at your own risk, and you alone are responsible for your game account. We accept no responsibility or liability for any warning, restriction, suspension, ban, item or currency loss, character deletion, or any other consequence affecting your game account, whether or not it results from your use of the Software. No refund is owed if your account is actioned (see the Refund Policy).
05 License Key & Device Binding
Each license key activates on one device at a time, identified by a hardware fingerprint. To move your license to a new or reformatted PC, contact support (Section 12) to reset the binding.
A plan permits no more than its purchased number of simultaneous clients on that device: Solo permits 1, Duo 2, Trio 3, Quad 4, Hexa 6, and Farm 8. A second license key may be applied to the signed-in key through the Software's License panel. The Software shows a read-only calculation first. If you confirm, the source key is consumed, its eligible value is transferred, and it cannot be used again. Applying value can increase capacity but cannot reduce it.
- You may not share, sell, sublicense, or publicly post your license key.
- You may not attempt to bypass, spoof, or remove the device-binding mechanism.
- You may not bypass or spoof the purchased simultaneous-client limit.
06 Prohibited Uses
In addition to Section 5, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
- Redistribute, resell, or repackage the Software or any part of it.
- Use the Software to harass other players, disrupt the game's economy at scale, or violate SpiritVale's rules beyond ordinary personal-account automation.
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
07 Updates
The Software may check for and install updates to itself and to its components automatically, to keep it working against the current version of SpiritVale.
08 No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Software will remain compatible with future SpiritVale updates.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software — including, without limitation, any action taken against your game account by SpiritVale's operator. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10 Termination
We may suspend or revoke your license if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, without refund, at our discretion. You may stop using the Software at any time.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12 Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Spirit Engine is established. Spirit Engine is run by one person rather than a registered company, so that location is not published here; it will be disclosed if a dispute ever makes it legally necessary. Payments are processed by Payhip, whose own terms and the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply to the sale regardless of anything above.
